Ordering by Phone, Fax or Mail

Jones and Bartlett products may be ordered directly from Customer Service shown above. We accept payment by check, money order, or credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank in US funds. Customers with an existing Jones and Bartlett account number who wish to place telephone orders should have their account numbers readily available when they call.

When Will My Order Arrive?

DOMESTIC DELIVERY: Orders shipped via Surface will normally arrive within 3-10 business days from receipt of order. Orders shipped via 2-Day will normally arrive within 2-3 business days from receipt of order. Orders shipped via 1-Day (domestic only) will normally arrive within 1-2 business days from receipt of order. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped via 2-Day. Puerto Rico and all U.S. Territory orders will be shipped via 2-Day using either UPS or Priority Mail; expect 1-2 days extra transit time to all U.S. Territories.

CANADIAN DELIVERY: Canadian orders normally ship via USPS Airmail unless otherwise noted on the customer's order. Shipping time is estimated at 7-14 days unless the order gets detained at the border for customs purposes.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Orders shipped via Air will normally arrive within 10-15 days from receipt of order. Orders shipped Courier will arrive 2-5 days from receipt of order.

Based on the weight of your order and shipping destination, the exact cost of UPS Ground shipping will be added to your total when your order is shipped. Orders are shipped UPS ground unless requested otherwise in the Special Shipping Instructions. Questions about your order can be addressed to customerservice@jbpub.com. Your name, zip code used when placing order and the date of the order should be enough to identify your order.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added for the following states: CA, CO, FL, IL, MD, MA, MO, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, WA and Canadian GST.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. The charges may be billed directly to the customer by the destination’s customs authority, or may be billed to the customer through Jones and Bartlett Publishers. We suggest that you call your local customs office if you would like more information on customs duties in your country.

In stock items will ship within three business days of credit card or purchase order approval. If you chose next day or second day shipping in the "Shipping Comments" field, your order will ship the following business day. If for any reason, we are unable to ship your order as originally placed, we will ship the items we do have, only charge you for the shipped items.

Our Returns Policy

Individuals-If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Jones & Bartlett return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full refund

Wholesalers and Retailers- 100% of your purchases may be returned for credit only provided your return is made within one year of the original invoice date. Returns must be accompanied by invoice or invoice information and books must be in saleable condition. All bundles returned must be in original shrink-wrap and unopened. No returns will be accepted for credit from any customer who has not purchased books directly from Jones & Bartlett.
